Terms of Service

1. At Chase Parker we are committed to protecting your privacy. Chase Parker does not, and will never, sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We are committed to protecting your privacy and use the information we collect on the site to enhance your overall experience.

2. Chase Parker offers two pricing options for design projects. You may choose either an hourly rate or a one-time flat fee. If you choose the hourly rate, your total will be based upon the amount of time it takes to complete your project. If you choose the flat rate, you will be charged one amount, based upon your project specifications. This amount will be specified by your account representative at the beginning of the project. The design procedure will normally take approximately 1-3 weeks.

3. Chase Parker's hourly rate is $85.00 and there is a 20 minute minimum charge on any and all work completed.

4. Invoices are sent on the first of the month for any and all work completed during the prior 30 day period. Your bill is due 30 days after the date of the invoice. If payment is not received on or before the invoice due date, a 3% late fee will apply.

5. All images are the property of Chase Parker and it's clients and may not be used or reproduced in any print or electronic media of an, but not limited to, editorial, commercial, promotional or corporate nature without the written consent of Chase Parker and or it's clients. All rights reserved.

6. Clients own completely their logo / design / website at the end of the contract of the job. Clients take ownership of accepted, finished design only. Specs or pre-designs remain the property of Chase Parker, but may be purchased for $85.00 each, by the client of that same name only. Once purchased, the client accepts full ownership of those said designs. If not purchased, Chase Parker reserves the right to use those designs in layouts for other projects and clients.

7. Additions, changes, or alterations of any kind on any logo / project, after acceptance of said logo / project either via email or verbal confirmation by the client, or once images / project have been shipped or posted, can be made for an additional $85.00 an hour with a 20 minute minimum charge.

8. It is the responsibility of the client to specify if any other formats, specific Illustrator versions, PC or Mac format or if black and white versions, if applicable, are desired. If additional formats or versions are required after completion and acceptance of final design, and once your download file has been posted in your client area, additional charges will apply based upon our hourly rate of $85.00, with a 20 minute minimum charge.

9. Clients are responsible for trademark and / or copyright of their logo. Chase Parker will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement that occurs after design of the logo in the case the company name is already in use by another party. It is the responsibility of the client to research its company name to make sure that said name is not already trademarked or copyrighted and currently in use. Refunds will not be given for any job if the logo is not usable due to copyright infringement.

10. Once the client has signified their approval on a project, all liability for errors, changes, or alterations, whether the original fault of the client or Chase Parker, shall become the responsibility of the client. Chase Parker shall not be liable for any reprint costs or damages of any kind resulting from such an error. Charges for alterations or changes made after client approval shall be made at the discretion of Chase Parker, and the client shall be liable for any charges if imposed. It is the client’s responsibility to spell check all copy.

11. When you purchase a custom website, we will create a website based upon your specifications using your supplied images and audio files, or create custom graphics to your specifications. We offer options for any size business and our web development includes everything needed to get your company online today. Payment terms: 50% upon signed contract, 50% upon live date of site or 60 days after signing of contract, whichever comes first.

13. Chase Parker also offers many different hosting packages to accommodate your website. Hosting packages start as low as $24.95 / month and pricing depends on your site size and bandwidth needed per month. Hosting is billed in quarterly increments and your payment is due the first day of your current hosting quarter. If payment is not received by the due date of your hosting invoice, site service will be interrupted until payment is received and a 3% late fee will incur. If payment is not received within 30 days of your hosting invoice, hosting will be terminated and your site will be suspended from the servers. At this time, your site may be reinstated with an additional $85.00 service fee and your quarterly payment.

14. Chase Parker is a verified PayPal member and gladly accepts payment via their secure service. PayPal guarantees your payment and all credit card information is submitted to their servers. Chase Parker does not obtain your credit card information and this information is kept secure via PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal, 100% of the total order is collected at the time of payment. Please speak to your representative for more details regarding this payment option.

15. Company Checks and Money Orders are accepted for payment. A 50% deposit is required at the beginning of the design process and the remaining 50% upon completion of your project or 60 days after the date of your order, whichever comes first. Deposit is non-refundable once the job begins and designs have been posted. Once designs have been posted, the job can not be canceled for any reason and client assumes responsibility for full payment of the total order. Clients have the right to cancel the order within 24 hours to receive a full refund or credit towards future Chase Parker purchases. A full refund must be requested within 14 days of cancellation of order. After 14 days, total balance will be placed in a credit account towards future Chase Parker purchases.

16. You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order with Chase Parker If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order. By placing an order with Chase Parker, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
